CAMP RESERVATION PROCEDURE Units attending camp in 2016 may have reserved a space for 2017 by placing the required $200 deposit on their week prior to leaving camp. Troops that did not secure their 2017 reservation will need to contact the Council with information on their desired week and estimated number of campers, along with the $200 deposit. This must be submitted to the GSMC Office by December 1, 2016.
MUST COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION.
Camp deposits are refundable until January 1, 2017. After this date, they are not refundable. Troops that withdraw their deposit by January 1, 2017, will receive a deposit refund. The $200 reservation fee is non‐refundable after January 1, 2017.
We will begin accepting Merit Badge and Activity Registration Forms on the following dates:
Week 1 February 6, 2017 Week 2 February 7, 2017 Week 3 February 8, 2017 Week 4 February 9, 2017 Week 5 February 10, 2017 Week 6 February 13, 2017

Do you know someone that might want to work at summer camp?
If there are youth in your Troop or Crew that are interested in serving on Summer Camp staff in 2017, please direct them to our online application on our Council Website or click on the link below. We would also like to know of any youth that would make excellent Summer Camp Counselors, who may not have ever considered it in the past. Remember, Summer Camp will be only as good as the Staff that operates it. Please contact Bruce Van Cleve at 865-588-6514 with any recommendations.
